This is probably one of the most talked about Test Series since 2005 with England having a genuine chance of winning down under for the first time in 20 years. Our contributors are from England and Australia which should make for some spiky debates about the relative merits of the events as they unfold.

Smart thinking by England...
OK, this is getting weird, we're playing good cricket and even the management are making good decisions, the way the tour has been planned and this last decision of resting the first string bowlers looks inspired. Tremlett and Shahzad have done themselves no harm at all especially with Shahzad getting the old ball to swing yesterday.

Ian Bell. Legend. Discuss
Ian Bell was excellent yesterday. I do agree.
Lets not forget that Australia have sent you to Sth Australia and also Tasmania. Both conditions suit England.
You also had the pick of the conditions with the bowling.
Personally I think Australia have made a mistake with not taking Clint McKay, Cameron White and Phil Huges into the the squad.
This is it for Ian Bell, he either comes back a hero having been elevated to batting at 4, or yet again he flatters to deceive and England move on without him.
